Feedback and Survey Tools
Although web analytics and visual analysis tools can be very powerful, they are not designed to easily uncover the motivations and attitudes of your visitors. You still have to guess why visitors are doing what they do. A great way of grasping the whys and uncovering issues visitors encountered is to get feedback directly from them. Many types of online tools allow you to do just that.
