This chapter is concerned with darkroom organisation, enlargers and other equipment to enable you to set up your own darkroom. It looks at the choice of printing materials, and then discusses basic print-processing chemicals and procedures. With well-organised facilities and a basic understanding of darkroom materials and procedures you will be able to get down to printing your work as outlined in the next chapter.
