Chapter Six. Enhancing Photos with Layers
This chapter is all about enhancing digital photography. It’s about making the photos that you see on your computer (and eventually print out) look like they did when you were there taking the photo. Throughout this chapter, I think you’ll see one common theme (yes, besides techniques to enhance your photography), and that is simplicity. These techniques don’t take 50 layers to achieve. In fact, you won’t win any prizes for using a bunch of layers to enhance your photos. For me, it’s quite the opposite. The fewer layers I use, the easier it is to work, and the more I get done.
