|?||DUPLICATE AN ADJUSTMENT LAYER?|
|Just like you would any other layer: press Command-J (PC: Ctrl-J).|
|?||RESET THE SETTINGS INSIDE AN ADJUSTMENT LAYER’S DIALOG?|
|To reset your settings when you’re in an adjustment layer’s dialog, press-and-hold the Option (PC: Alt) key and the Cancel button will change to a Reset button.|
|?||PREVIEW THE BEFORE/AFTER EFFECTS OF THE ADJUSTMENT LAYER WHILE IN THE DIALOG?|
|Turn the Preview checkbox on and off.|
|?||SET MY FOREGROUND/BACKGROUND COLORS TO THEIR DEFAULTS (BLACK AND WHITE) FOR PAINTING WITH THE BRUSH TOOL?|
|Press the letter D to set your Foreground and Background colors to their defaults (black for the Foreground color and white for the Background color). These may be reversed on an adjustment layer.|
