In personal mastery, we need to answer important questions about who we are, what really matters to us, and where we want to go. Even if you already think about these things from time to time, now is as good a time as any for you to stop, pause, and gather some insight in a structured way.

We are going to do a number of different exercises to help you figure all this out.
