BARRY STARTED WORK as a financial analyst at P&G the same day I did in 1993. He was more proud than most to have gotten the job offer, having grown up just a few miles from P&G’s world headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Following in his father’s footsteps, Barry was a diligent student, went to college, studied business, and graduated at the top of his class.
