Choose Pragmatism over Ideology
This leadership lesson may be the most counterintuitive of all, especially when we are discussing a pope, but it’s the reason behind Pope Francis’s consistent inclusiveness.
Throughout his writing and speaking, the pope calls on other leaders to see things individually and based on their own merits.
