Leaders unavoidably influence

John Maxwell rightly observes that ‘the only measure of our leadership is the influence we have had upon others’.[1] So how do we influence wisely and well?

We engage with others to enable them to change in trust and mood, meaning and action.

We trust relationship, not position, to effect change in hearts and minds.
