The second-edition journey of Leaders Make the Future has three key elements:
1. A ten-year forecast of external future forces (updated from the first edition) that makes it obvious leaders will need new skills in order to thrive.1
2. The ten new leadership skills I believe will be required—given the external future forces of the next decade—with recent signals to bring each skill to life.
3. A new leadership development approach that emphasizes immersion in the future via both leadership development programs and personal learning adventures to develop your future leadership skills.
