Introduction
This chapter addresses the issue of self-realization in the human being, and the starting point is to consider the following statement: If a person who is a leader develops in all aspects of his life, that is, undergoes physical, intellectual, emotional development, among others, he can reach self-actualization, which will make him a self-actualized leader with the ability to transform his followers. ”Self-actualized leader” is the name I will give to the style of leadership that is configured through self-actualization.
