A Core Leadership Difference: Approaches to Being in Charge

In looking at how differently males and females lead based on the biology of their brains, we have built toward understanding how differently male and female leaders lead their corporations, teams, and colleagues. These leaders can appear at any level of a company. Let’s take a moment now to look at the highest executives. Both men and women can be top dogs and, not surprisingly, our research shows that (with exceptions noted, of course) they lead at the top differently.
