Understanding Issues Men Face in Leadership
An executive recently told us, “You have to put this anonymously in your book because it’s not politically correct in my company, but we have a big problem here—the male bashing has gotten bad. Men feel like they can’t say anything or make any jokes for fear of getting trounced by the system we have in place.” This executive came up to us during a break after a piece we were doing in the training regarding primal differences in systems, self-esteem building, and risk taking.
