A collusion of coaches?

I attended an event not so long ago where the topic under discussion was the situations in which it is appropriate for a coach to challenge a coachee. Most of the audience were practising coaches – some experienced, some new. It was an interactive session involving a mixture of presentations, and small group and whole group discussion.
