This is the wrap-up chapter of the book where I reflect on the book’s objective and summarize the chapters.

This book has been a personal account of the leadership processes and principles I implemented at SoHo Dragon over the past 10 years with MS Teams functionality. Each chapter focuses on a leadership topic that worked. There were plenty of leadership principles that didn’t work that didn’t make it into this book.
