The challenges of the global financial crisis may have changed the number of people looking for a job, but they haven't changed the need to attract, retain, and develop the best talent. In fact, as many organizations are being reduced to working with skeleton crews, the need to attract and maintain a high-potential workforce may be increasing and the tools with which to do so may be decreasing.
