Lenssen is president of the European Academy of Business in Society (EABIS), an alliance of companies, business schools, and other academic institutions committed to integrating business-in-society issues into the heart of business theory and practice in Europe. He is a professor of management at Leiden University in the Netherlands and a visiting professor at Henley Management College in England.
