Patrick Burns is director of human resources–Asia Pacific for RollsRoyce plc. Since he graduated from the London School of Economics, his career in HR has spanned the globe, with stints in Europe, the Middle East, and the United States, and he has worked in senior HR positions for some of the world's leading companies.
