NEEDS ASSESSMENT

In an effective needs assessment, three types of things are identified: first, the critical organizational challenges that drive the need for leadership development; second, the targets for leadership development and the leadership needs related to the challenges; and third, the specific, measurable outcomes of leadership development that are needed, including the level of mastery desired for these outcomes.
