Shanghai: A New Vista for Leadership Development

December 2004 was significant for CCL—for the first time it conducted a leadership program in Shanghai, China, with all the sessions and materials conducted in Mandarin Chinese by Maria Chow of CCL-Asia. This brought back memories of my first visit to Shanghai a number of years ago.
