WHAT WENT WRONG
Innovation centers have been discontinued for a variety of reasons over the past twenty years, but deficiencies in these five areas appear to be the main culprits: expectations of success, planning and communication, processes and structures, changes in the business climate, and leadership.
Unclear expectations.
