Telling the Untold Story: A Conversation with Stella M. Nkomo
Stella M. Nkomo is a professor at the University of South Africa Graduate School of Business Leadership and a member of CCL's Board of Governors. Her recently published book, from the Harvard Business School Press and co-written with Ella L. J. Edmonson Bell, an associate professor at the Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business, is Our Separate Ways: Black and White Women and the Struggle for Professional Identity. Based on years of research, the book looks at how the combined effects of race and gender create for black and white women not only far different organizational identities and career experiences but also very disparate paths to the corporate world.
