Help! This one-word title reminds me that even leaders need help. Many leaders are hesitant to ask for help because they don’t want to look weak. Asking for help and being vulnerable shows the willingness to accept that we don’t know all the answers. By asking for support, we signal to others that we are happy to reciprocate and help them.
