“Any Time at All” reminds me I must be available to those I lead and be approachable. We have many demands on our time and attention. Leaders who make time for their teams increase the opportunities to communicate their vision and hear feedback. When you practice approachability as a leader, you signal to your team that you are available, open to conversations, and seeking to collaborate. Leaders who make time for their families, friends, and loved ones live a more satisfying life. Leaders who make time available for themselves take care of their needs and health. They have the energy and spirit to carry on with all the demands. This chapter talks about how to do that.
