Introduction

Something that has always resonated with me and fills me with fond memories is that somehow, no matter what, we always ended with mutual respect for the other’s position. To me, that is precious and somewhat rare. Thank you for that. I always held your dedication, knowledge, ethics, and willingness to help in the highest regards—professionally and personally. I will miss all of that and want to thank you for the experience and pleasure of working with you as well as for the opportunity of getting to know you.
