So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It has been a privilege to help a large number of senior executives think through the implications and benefits of consistently using the basic skills discussed in this book. Without exception, it has been a great challenge for each person to think anew about more successful ways to lead and to form new habits.
