Reporting With Agile Charts And Boards
Agile uses a number of different methods to keep track of the work being done and the work that needs to be done. These charts and boards are an easy way to quickly determine how well the work is progressing.

As a project manager, I would sometimes manage successful projects that ran slightly over budget. Sometimes, it was because the team was completing work too quickly. Other times, it was because one of the developers put in much more time at the beginning.
