The journey to develop an evolutionary organization is like setting out to climb the peak of Mount Everest. Success depends on preparation, training, and a thorough understanding of what lies ahead. In this chapter, we provide three high-level maps and orientation needed to understand the whole of the journey.
Once again, we are sharing a high-level summary of the whole book. It is natural to have questions or not quite understand everything immediately. Don’t worry, each element will be explained in detail later.
