Preparations

Before the Executive Briefing on Change session:

  1. Meet with a representative or representatives from the executive leadership group to discuss the change initiative and the importance of the Executive Briefing on Change to its success.

  2. Schedule the session and secure a conference room far in advance to ensure that all key executives involved with the change are able to participate.

  3. Design the program around the specific change initiative proposed by the executive group (or the group that is initiating the change) and your discussions during the advance meeting.

  4. Prepare training materials (handouts, training instruments, instructions, PowerPoint presentation, and supporting audiovisual items).
