Learning Activity 9-1: Perceptions of Change
The objectives of this learning activity are to
create an initial awareness within participants of the common reactions to change and that these reactions include both positive and negative perceptions
enable participants to see that experiencing change as either positive or negative results from their response strategies and personalities, as well as the actions of the organization
challenge participants to explore ways to shift their cognitive, affective, and behavioral responses from the negative to the positive.
