Olivia’s Case

“Henry” is a talented and hard-working project manager who finds himself increasingly frustrated because, despite his efforts, his team is not completing their deliverables on time. The missed deadlines are affecting the morale of the team, as well as Henry’s confidence in his own abilities as a leader. He’s begun to work extremely long hours and finds himself spending extra time redoing work his team members hurriedly submit. Henry’s energy is waning. He wonders where all this will end up, because there are only so many hours in a day.
