Whilst there are many tools in the Lean toolkit, I have selected three tools for each of the three components of the vision framework. This provides you with nine tools that I believe will support you well in your new approach. Nevertheless, please remember that this is not about mechanistically applying the tools in a certain order, it’s about applying these tools to your own way-of-working, about the changes that you’ll make to your personal working practices, not about the application of these tools more generally.
