Teams can get sidetracked for a variety of reasons. Team members’ sense of direction may weaken as a result of your leadership style, the team’s internal working, or conflict within the team.
Find out what the problem is. As soon as you realize there’s a problem, deal with it. The first step is to figure out what’s wrong. The problem could be rooted in
