Learning functions have different roles in their respective organizations, based on how they are viewed and used to support the business strategy and how they drive the overall organizational culture of learning. But they all share a common objective to be effective, value-added, and impactful in building capabilities that drive improved performance for the organization. Measurement is how we know if we’ve achieved that, but it is just a means to that end.
