Expecting Excellence Every Day
What happens in the halls and in meetings and many other interactions in the organization define the true expectations of excellence. If those interactions are not congruent with what is written on the walls, the hallways will win. As a result, people will become cynical and leaders will have a more difficult time managing trouble.
