What Is It?
This is the moment when leaders have already agreed on the high-level purpose of change, but it’s now time to dive into the specifics and build a plan for the right options to deliver on that purpose. Additionally, this is also the moment where you get more understanding of the impact the change will have on people and prepare yourself to engage with the impacted teams.
