ORGANIZING FOR SUCCESS
In the last chapter we described the common barriers to effectively harnessing AI and analytics (AIA). These were:
■ AIA groups are not set up to solve the most critical business problems.
■ AIA and business groups don’t know how to collaborate.
■ There is no shared view of the truth.
■ There is no culture of evidence-based decision-making.
