PLOTTING YOUR TENDENCIES

Throughout this book we suggest behaviors and ensuing percep-tions on each of the dimensions of the transition leadership wheel. Each chapter gives you a chance to reflect on your own tendencies. Now we invite you to go back through the book, actually checking or highlighting your tendencies. Pull your intuitive reflections together, and examine how your tendencies on the different dimensions may interact. As with each chapter reflection, this is a very subjective exercise.
