Relying on an Inner Compass

Rather than watch the latest fads or listen to the noise of the world, Tana relies heavily on her own inner compass, and it is this reliance that is responsible for her success. Back in 2002, when Tana’s franchise agreement expired, she considered leaving the business to answer a calling to give back. But after weighing all sides, she recognized that she was actually giving back in her current position by coaching and developing her employees.
