It's time to engage your entire organization. This is where you put a stake in the ground that says, “We're doing something different. We're building on the best of who we are, and taking it to the next level.”
Put Your Purpose in Front of Your Team
Whether your firm is small or large, you want to do an official launch. Whether it's a global summit, a Town Hall, or a product launch, it's psychologically important for you and your team that you do something public.
Your first inclination might be to kick off your launch by sharing your NSP. We've learned that a bit of context and framing up front will make your message more compelling, and thus more powerful. Here's the order that works best along with some talking points:

Compelling customer-impact story
Open the meeting with the most compelling customer story that you have. Then say, in some version of your own words, “For me, this is our true purpose as an organization, to help customers like this citing the story. The team and I want to bring our purpose to life in an even bigger, bolder way.”

Three big discovery questions
Say, “We asked three questions.” Share the three big discovery questions and the answers you gave in narrative form. Make sure you describe the team who worked on the process, so people know you had field input.
