Virtue and Vice
Virtue and vice form two poles within us, like the earth on its axis. The soul oscillates between each, stuck in a tension between base animalistic tendencies and a sense of greater purpose. We swing between deficiency and excess, being and nothingness.
Let us borrow the language of virtue and vice from moral philosophy and apply it to organizational design. Much insight will be gained as we travel the interdisciplinary bridge between the two.
