Our Cadences

A cadence is something that happens over and over at regular intervals, forming a rhythm or heartbeat in the project. Here is a summary of our cadences:

  • Retrospectives happen every second week (every week for some teams). That’s where we look for ways to improve the process.

  • Planning happens every second week (approximately). That’s where we decide which features to focus on next.

  • Demo and system test is done in a continuous fashion, as features get done.

  • Release to production is done approximately every second month
