A Sneak Preview into Part 2—Integration

As we discussed in Phase 1, “Introduction”, the heavy lifting occurs as you are trying to get this culture change started. Like a Saturn 5 rocket, most of the energy consumed is merely to get the thing off the ground and to overcome gravitational pull.
