3. Lean Sigma Roadmap: The Anatomy of a Project

Chapter 2 described how to structure and manage change across projects at a program level. This chapter focuses on managing change within a project, specifically a Lean Sigma change project. At the end of the chapter, also briefly described are two other commonly used types of Lean Sigma project approaches, namely, standardization projects and accelerated change or Kaizen events.
