4. Application to Real Life: Project Case Examples
The list of projects conducted in healthcare using Lean Sigma methods likely touches virtually all aspects of the business. Here, the focus is on the leaders’ learning, and so the selected case examples reflect both different problem types, but also different Lean Sigma approaches.
