Lean Engineering Analysis

A Lean engineering analysis is a fundamental tool to provide data on a given process. The deliverables of this technique are as follows:

1. Achieve balance across a process.

2. Maximize value-added labor content.

3. Maximize machine use.

4. Identify and quantify focus topics for Six Sigma activity.
