Improvement is a change process toward the goal. And improvement that’s what everyone is just in favor of! Starting with Lean to achieve improvements is therefore very popular. Especially the idea that you are going to use your common sense to do your work and to improve appeals to many. Until it becomes clear that it is not about improvement but about improving continuously. Because that means changing (your own behavior) continuously (Figure 10.1).
