Part 1. The core AWS tools

In this part of the book, I present the most basic Amazon infrastructure services including compute, database, storage, security, and networking tools. Even if you eventually end up spending most of your AWS time using serverless (like Lambda) or server-abstracted (like Elastic Beanstalk) services, you’ll need to understand how all the key underlying pieces fit together. You’ll probably want to read all of chapters 212.
