HTTP networking is ubiquitous on mobile devices. This book would certainly not be complete if it did not include a chapter explaining how to use the BlackBerry 10 networking services. In this chapter, I am going to exclusively concentrate on HTTP networking, which covers about 90 percent of the cases you will face during application development. Also, BlackBerry 10 leverages the underlying QtNetwork module, which makes HTTP programming amazingly simple.
