It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Tool Property palette when scaling or rotating a selection
As mentioned previously, the Tool Property palette for the Marquee tools changes its contents when the Scale Up, Scale Down, and Rotate function is activated with a selection.
