Naming a PivotTable and Setting Options for It
When you insert a PivotTable, Excel gives it an automatic name (such as PivotTable1 or PivotTable2) and sets default display options, layout options, and data options. To rename the PivotTable or to choose different options, choose PivotTable 
Data Options to display the PivotTable Options dialog box, then work with its controls. (If the Excel window is too narrow for the Ribbon to fit, the command is PivotTable Data Options PivotTable Options.)
